HP 7 made my list too, that book made me cry pretty much consistently from beginning to end. Great choices, I've been tempted to read A Monster Calls a few times but maybe not if it's that emotionally devastating! My TTT :)

I had to add A Monster Calls to my TBR list because I've been seeing it on so many lists today. I'm a total sucker for a book that makes me cry!

I added A Monster Calls too, because I have never heard of it. Several of your other picks though have made me gross-cry before. Great picks! Here's mine if you want to stop by

The Fault in Our Stars, HP, and Code Name Verity all made my list. Verity still makes me tear up from time to time...and I so want to go back and experience it again. Loved your list!

A Monster Calls is not emotionally devastating in an entirely bad way. Actually I was worried as I was reading that he couldn't pull off a proper end for that, but he did.

I would say: ENJOY! But that's not the right word….

A Monster Calls is the only one that made me gross cry. It completely freaked my husband out when he came home. I am so not a crier.

Yeah…a couple of lines from Code Name Verity seen online and I'm sniffling again.

I bawled like a baby when D died and I knew it was going to happen. Definitely CNV and The Fault in Our Stars-I cried watching he movie trailer...of course, I cry at everything these days. Dang meds.

I cried at the trailer too and got mad all over again because I could see how manipulative it was too. (A MONSTER CALLS is so such a better book.)
