    1. As we've discussed. :) I'm so glad I've made more room for adult books in my life this year.

  3. I used to have a lot of picture books on my TBR list, mostly to peruse for the kiddo. Slowly I'm starting to weed out some of those. My TTT list

    1. I don't read nearly as much picture books as I used to. I should check out a stack from the library.

  4. I hear you! So much with the not enough time for adult! Though I did listen to both American Gods (actually, I liked Anansi Boys better, both as a book and to listen to - I didn't like the narrator for American Gods.) and Curse of Chalion - I love that series on audio. But I haven't done her Vorkosigen books yet. Maybe Westmark as a child? but I should probably read the others on this list, too...

    1. If this post were written just a few weeks ago, the Vorkosigan books would be on it too. I did read the first of those recently and really loved it.

  6. I loooooooove The Curse of Chalion. It has a slow opening, but then it becomes AMAZING (and by the end, I completely understood why every bit of the opening was necessary). I hope you do get to it one day! Especially because the sequel, Paladin of Souls, is one of my favorite books EVER.

    1. I definitely hope too. I just started reading her Vorkosigan books and do like her writing style.
