I wanted to get this post up DAYS ago, but there are some stressful and consuming events going on in Painterland right now which resulted in me traveling a lot this week and having minimal time for writing. However, I wanted everyone to know that this was happening again this year. I've been a judge in this battle since it started and will be again this year.
